Hi, I'm Jess

Welcome to Grounded Path.

My passion has always been supporting people to feel seen, valued and empowered as they navigate life's challenges and discover their own strengths.

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working alongside children, young people, individuals with disability and families across a range of support settings. My experience includes over seven years in the disability sector and the out-of-home care sector, supporting children and young people through some of the most significant transitions of their lives, including placement into foster care. These experiences deepened my understanding of the impact of trauma, adversity, loss and disrupted relationships, while reinforcing the importance of safety, trust, connection, and belonging.

Alongside my professional journey, horses have always been a constant source of connection and learning in my own life. Their ability to meet us without judgement, respond authentically and invite us into the present moment continues to inspire me every day.

Grounded Path was created from the desire to bring these worlds together, combining my experience and supporting others with the powerful connection offered by horses, animals and nature.

My vision is to create a space where individuals can slow down, reconnect with themselves, build confidence, develop resilience and experience genuine connection in a safe and supportive environment.

At Grounded Path, I am committed to providing compassionate, trauma-informed support that honours each person's unique journey and empowers them to move forward at their own pace.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.

💛 Jess
